How Our Network Works
Request an estimate
Who you talk to
You talk to an independent local provider. Not Lettingdont Walk-In Tubs. Providers in our network run their own businesses and do their own work.
We make the introduction. After that, the conversation is between you and the provider.
What a provider may ask
Expect a few simple questions. They help the provider give you a real estimate.
- What type of project are you thinking about: walk-in tub, shower or tub replacement?
- Who will use the bathroom, and what are their mobility needs?
- How big is the bathroom, and where is it in the house?
- What is your timeline?
- Can you share a few photos?
If you have a busy household, say so. Mention work shifts, school and visitors. Providers can plan around them.
Questions worth asking
Ask these of every provider. Compare the answers.
- Is the estimate written, and what does it include?
- How long will the bathroom be out of use?
- What happens with the old tub and the debris?
- Do you handle permits where they are needed?
- What warranty comes with the product and the labor?
- Can you work with an older home, such as one with a stone foundation or tight walls?
- Can you help document the project if I need paperwork?
Costs vary by job. Typical U.S. ranges can be wide, so get a written quote before you decide.
You stay in charge
You can say no. You can ask for more time. You can talk to a second provider. Every estimate comes with no obligation.
If a provider pushes too hard, step back. Compare, then decide.
