How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Lettingdont Walk-In Tubs should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we want to hear it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens after. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Lettingdont Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work in your home, start by raising it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Still tell us. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please know that Lettingdont Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund a provider's work or act for a provider.

How to Reach Us

Email contact@lettingdont.property and include:

  • Your name and a way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what you would like us to do

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into it. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also turn to your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau. For a licensed contractor, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
