Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Lettingdont Walk-In Tubs wants lettingdont.property to work for everyone. That includes older visitors and people with disabilities. This statement explains our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
The Aim
We want as many people as possible to be able to use this site. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Steps We Take
We try to:
- Use clear headings and a logical reading order
- Add text descriptions to images that carry meaning
- Keep text large, with strong color contrast
- Make each page usable with a keyboard
- Lay out pages so they read well on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly and keep forms short
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not meet these guidelines yet. Embedded tools and other third-party content can sit partly outside our control. We review the site on a regular basis and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If something here is hard to use, you can still get help. Request a callback to speak with a provider, or email contact@lettingdont.property and we will do our part to assist. A family member or caregiver is welcome to contact us for you.
Send Us Feedback
Tell us where the site gave you trouble. Email contact@lettingdont.property and include:
- The page or feature that caused the problem
- What went wrong and what you expected
- Your browser, device and any assistive software, if you can share it
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work That Continues
Accessibility is never done. We will keep improving the site as we update it.
Tell us what happened
Send a request and a local provider in our network will follow up. Prefer to talk first? Request a callback to check provider availability.
